MEMBERSHIP TRENDS AND MEMBERSHIP DATA ANALYSIS REPORTS BY COUNCIL
To help councils set achievable membership goals and work to promote and retain members throughout the year, IRC will be providing councils with membership data to help track progress toward council goals. Councils will receive monthly Membership Reports by email each month. These reports will show the month-to-month changes including new, renewals, lapsed, drops, and non-renewing members. A monthly EXCEL File of your membership is also sent to help with sending newsletters, invitations to events, and more. At each board meeting, an updated Membership New and Renewal Chart will be shared to help track the current yearlong trend of membership and to visually see the progress toward all council goals. IRC will also update the below Membership Trends Charts for those councils that wish to delve deeper into their trends over the past 10+ years. For councils that want to delve further, we have also included a Membership Data Analysis Report of your council membership.
At the annual Leadership Retreat, IRC will be celebrating all Councils that achieve membership goals based on the below percentage of membership increase or membership retention from July to June. - DIAMOND: Councils that demonstrate a 10% yearly increase or 80% retention in IRC membership.
- GOLD: Councils that demonstrate a 3% yearly increase or 75% retention in IRC membership.
- SILVER: Councils that demonstrate a 2% yearly increase or 70% retention in IRC membership.
- BRONZE: Councils that demonstrate a 1% yearly increase or 65% retention in IRC membership.
